Just opening the package makes me smile. The tea has an assortment of herbs and flowers that even looks cozy. The flavor is calming, exactly what you need in the evening. It is truly the best nighttime tea I’ve ever tried.
I have purchased many of the teas from Tea Please, and recently purchased the Sweet Dreams tea. I love the relaxing ritual of brewing the tea and winding down with this lovely blend!
Not sure where to begin regarding this tea Sweet Dreams! The first time I took it I made the mistake and took it after 8pm, that was a mistake to take so late, waited a few days then took it again but took it earlier around 6pm instead and that timeframe worked for me best. Woke up feeling great not sluggish but refresh. My body felt amazing the morning after. Already reordered!
I'm going to tell you a story:
I flew in to San Francisco on Friday and took the AirTran to the Bart to the Amtrak to Merced. The whole trip took a toll on my body, but unfortunately I couldn't get comfortable enough to sleep. I tried to sleep in different places, mood music and even listening to the news... nothing worked. Friday turned into Saturday and Sunday and still no sleep. Finally I asked for help. The answer was Sweet Dreams. I took a cup of tea and went to bed at 1030 just hoping for the best... I slept until 5am, which for me is TREMENDOUS! I want a cup every night now. I want to thank you for getting my sleep back on track. I seriously could not sleep at all this whole weekend until last night and it was because of your tea. Keep it going!
This is one of my favorites. I work 12 hour shifts and always drink this after work to help me relax before bed. I love the taste of lavender and this makes me ready to sleep and helps you feel peaceful.
