Returns
Any customer who is concerned their product is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days so we can assist you. Due to FDA regulations, we are not able to accept any refunds for open packages-this includes customers who are not satisfied the the taste of our blends. Please include your full name, order number and any other details that will help us assist you expeditiously.
For 'change of mind' or if you forget to use a discount code, we do not accept returns/issue refunds.
Please note, unfortunately we do not offer refunds on our loose leaf teas. Refunds and/or exchanges will only be issued if our Teaware/Accessories is faulty upon delivery with photo proof.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
