  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy, like almond or oat milk)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or amber sugar crystals (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions
