I have been fasting 1 day a week for about 3 months and Mondays (fast day) have been a struggle, until now! So glad I came on this business on Shoppe Black. I love the FasTEAing tea. It helps me stay focused during my workday. My Mondays are no longer as much of a drag as they were before. I also purchased the sample pack of the desert teas and I can't tell you which one I like because I love everyone. A great way to end my days! I'll be back!!!

I love the idea of dessert tea and as an avid tea drinker, I had to give it a shot. I was NOT disappointed!!! The tea is great and was shipped quickly. I will be buying it again soon.

I took a chance on this blend because I have been trying to make positive health changes for myself including weight loss via intermittent fasting. While I haven't noticed a reduction in appetite due to this tea, it is still incredibly pleasant, with a gentle, savory, almost broth-like flavor.

I have enjoyed drinking it on its own, but I could definitely see other health-focused culinary applications for this herbaceous tea such as using it as the base for a vegetable soup, or serving it ochazuke-style over riced cauliflower.
